You Can Always Disable AutoPlay for a USB or CDs or Portable Hard Disks Manually, by Holding Down the Shift Key and Inserting the Media. But some find it useless, tired, irritated or wanted to Get rid of AutoPlay Completely for the Sake of Simplicity, Avoiding Autoplay Popup Windows or To Avoid Auto-executing the Scripts those were in Media.
To Apply this Permanent Solution, getting rid of AutoPlay, Simply Deselect the AutoPlay Feature from Control Panel; Follow this Navigation in your Windows to achieve this settings visible from Below Screenshot
Goto “Start Menu-> Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound-> AutoPlay” and there you can Deselect the use AutoPlay for All Media and Devices, or You can Manually input settings for Individual Media types to act accordingly by the Media Type. Suppose for CDs to AutoPlay, but USBs to not, You can tell the Same here in settings.

Good day With regards to this functionality of disbaling the autorun, I have a product that must use Autorun to execute certain commands on a drive. So what I need to know is how can you have a autorun that bypass the disable autorun from windows. So that even if it is disabled it will still run it. I know how it sounds, but I really need it to work this way, I would really appriciate any assistance in this regard.

Or if some one can even advise of an alternative to Autorun, Basically what I have is a USB, but it is only intended for TV viewing, so if it is inserted to a device like a computer it must delete the content. And the user must in no way be able to alter that process.

Hi, So From your writings, I imagine that Your USB should be able to execute autorun commands that were embedded onto USB Drive, even the autoplay feature is disabled, and is irrespective of whoever uses the USB. So it can be a Different computer user who disabled Autoplay feature?
There are actually couple of options you should try with Registry Editor or Group Policy. But since You were telling that Computer configuration should not intact the execution of Autorun commands, it is quite complicated with these simple configuration bypass methods. I believe Some sort of Script should be implemented onto USB to bypass Administrative restrictions applied to disable Autorun feature. As of now, I am very sorry that I do not have any Ideas on how to achieve this; but will see into it about scripting possibilities.
Sorry
